I have decided the following after contemplating a couple of conversations with my grandfather on the current presidential race:  Latinos love Hillary because they loved Bill. Why?
Okay. So I’ve been doing a horrible job of “semi-liveblogging” while I’ve been here in Rome, but that’s only because I only have wi-fi when I pay for it and I’m a poor college student. That being said, Rome is awesome and I wish those at home the best of luck in what they’re doing (especially those that are pledging). Enjoy it, you only do it once. /wink/...

Over the North Atlantic
I sat in a plane, more than 35000 feet above the north Atlantic and looked out the window in the dead of night. I saw more stars than I have ever seen before, stars not bright enough to see even in the relative non-urban setting of a place like Yosemite. I saw stars I had never seen and might never see again. And i realized just how small I am, just how small we really are.  -jay
