I just heard a Democratic strategist on CNN suggest that if the Republicans win the MA Senate seat, the best way to pass Healthcare Reform is to have the House pass the exact bill passed by the Senate, eliminating any need for another vote in the Senate. I have to remind myself exactly what the Senate bill was, but as a whole the plan actually sounds pretty good. Thoughts?
