This is wrong. The Y-Wing and the B-Wing should have been switched or both at the lower maneuverability.

Everyone knows the Y-Wing is a slower, clunkier bomber.  The B-Wing (Which I never understood the name of), obviously is designed for expert flying and maneuverability.

The Y-Wing IS slower and clunkier, and was pressed into service for the Rebellion wayyy past its expiration date because of a lack of funds. The B-Wing (which really was only named that because it vaguely resembles it) was actually designed and produced to REPLACE the Y-Wing’s lack of maneuverability, but only mildly outpaces the snubfighter it was intended to replace.
The real question is why ANY of those snubfighters have names based on their comparison to English letters when Basic uses the Aurebesh alphabet.

There’s a point of nerd-ness where I have to draw the line.
